Weddings use packages and a wedding estimate tool. Other events use a proposal form. That keeps the process simple and the pricing more honest.

If you're planning a wedding, start with the wedding packages. If you're planning another kind of event, use the Events or General Event Inquiry page.

See the estimate or send the details
Wedding estimates show a line-item breakdown based on package, travel, timing, and add-ons. For other events, we review the details and send a proposal.

We review every inquiry
Before anything is final, we confirm the package, venue, travel, and timeline.

Confirm the booking
Once everything looks right, we hold the date with a retainer and confirm the remaining details before the event.

Is the wedding estimate a final price?
No. It's a starting point. We still confirm venue details, travel, timing, and package fit before the quote is final.
Why do events use proposals instead of instant estimates?
Most events depend on the room, microphones, announcements, and timeline. A proposal is usually more useful than a quick generic estimate.
Can I still ask about smaller or unusual jobs?
Yes. Use the General Event Inquiry page for smaller local jobs, outdoor movie nights, or anything that doesn't fit the main wedding or events pages.
